PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy sets out the principles of processing personal data obtained through the https://cadextender.com/ website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
The owner of the Website and at the same time the data administrator is Usługi Informatyczne Szansa sp. z o.o. with its seat in Bielsko-Biała (43-300), ul. Chryzantemowa 5, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Bielsko-Biała, VIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000536210, with the share capital of 100,000 PLN, NIP: 9372672769, REGON: 360604756, hereinafter referred to as "Szansa Sp. z o.o.".
Personal data collected by Szansa Sp. z o.o. via the Website are processed in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation), also referred to as the GDPR.
Szansa Sp. z o.o. takes special care to respect the privacy of Users visiting the Website.
1 Type of data processed, purposes and legal basis
Users' personal data are collected in case:
- registration of an account on the Website, in order to create and manage an individual account. Legal basis: indispensability for the performance of the Account service agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
- subscription to the Newsletter, in order to perform the agreement concerning the service provided electronically. Legal basis - the data subject's consent to the performance of the Newsletter service provision agreement (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
In the case of registration of an account on the Website, the User provides:
- e-mail address;
- user name.
When registering an account on the Website, the User sets an individual password to access his/her account. The User may change the password at a later time, according to the rules described in §5.
in case of using the Newsletter service, the User shall provide only his/her e-mail address.
The Website may be used to download additional information, in particular: IP address assigned to the User's computer or external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type.
Navigation data may also be collected from Users, including information about the links and links they choose to click on or other actions taken on the Website. Legal basis - legally justified interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in facilitating the use of services provided electronically and improving the functionality of these services.
In order to determine, pursue and enforce claims, some personal data provided by the User as part of using the functionality of the Website may be processed, such as: name, surname, data concerning the use of services, if the claims result from the way the User uses the services, other data necessary to prove the existence of the claim, including the extent of damage suffered. Legal basis - legally justified interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in establishing, pursuing and enforcing claims and defending against claims in proceedings before courts and other state bodies.
The transfer of personal data to Szansa Sp. z o.o. is voluntary, in connection with concluded contracts of sale or provision of services via the Website, with the reservation, however, that failure to provide the data specified in the forms during the Registration process makes it impossible to register and set up a User Account, and in the case of placing an order without the Registration of a User Account it will make it impossible to place and carry out the User's order.
2 To whom is the data shared or entrusted and how long is it stored?
the User's personal data is passed on to the service providers used by Szansa Sp. z o.o. in running the Website. Service providers to whom the personal data are provided, depending on the contractual arrangements and circumstances, are either subject to instructions from Szansa Sp. z o.o. as to the purposes and methods of processing these data (processing entities) or they define the purposes and methods of processing them themselves (administrators).
- Processing entities. Szansa Sp. z o.o. uses suppliers who process personal data exclusively on the orders of Szansa Sp. z o.o.. These include, among others, providers providing hosting services, accounting services, providing systems for marketing, systems for traffic analysis on the Website, systems for analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
- Szansa Sp. z o.o. uses suppliers who do not act solely on instructions and set the objectives and ways of using the Users' personal data themselves. They provide electronic and banking payment services.
The service providers are based in Poland and other countries of the European Economic Area (EEA).
Personal data of Users are stored:
- If the basis for the processing of personal data is consent, then the User's personal data are processed by Szansa Sp. z o.o. until the consent is revoked, and after revoking consent for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims that may be raised by Szansa Sp. z o.o. and that may be raised against him. Unless a special provision stipulates otherwise, the period of limitation is six years, and for claims for periodical benefits and claims related to business activity - three years.
- If the basis for data processing is the performance of the contract, then the personal data of the User are processed by Szansa Sp. z o.o. for as long as it is necessary to perform the contract, and after that time for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims. Unless a special provision stipulates otherwise, the period of limitation is six years, and for claims for periodical services and claims related to running a business activity - three years.
Navigation data may be used to provide better service to Users, analyze statistical data and adjust the Website to Users' preferences, as well as administer the Website.
if the User subscribes to a newsletter (Newsletter) to his e-mail address, Szansa Sp. z o.o. shall send electronic messages containing commercial information about promotions and new products available on the Website.
In the event of submitting a request, Szansa Sp. z o.o. shall make personal data available to authorized state authorities, in particular to organizational units of the Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection or the President of the Office for Electronic Communications.
Szansa Sp. z o.o. on the Website provides a plug-in "Like" of the social networking site facebook.com (administrator of Facebook Ireland based in Ireland), hereinafter: Facebook. Through the "Like" plug-in, Facebook collects information about your device, i.e.: operating system, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available memory, browser type, application and file names and types and plug-ins installed. In addition, Facebook collects information about your device activities and behaviours, such as whether a window is open in the foreground or background, or information about mouse movements that help distinguish people from bots, unique identifiers, device identifiers, and other identifiers, such as from the games, applications or accounts you use, family device identifiers (or other identifiers that are unique to Facebook products and are associated with the same device or account). Facebook collects information, such as: signals from your device, including Bluetooth signals and information about Wi-Fi access points, beacons and cellular network transmitters in the vicinity, data from your device settings, including information that you allow to access through your enabled device settings, such as your GPS location, camera or photos. For networks and connections, Facebook collects information, such as: the name of the mobile network operator or Internet service provider you are using, language, time zone, mobile phone number, IP address, connection speed, and in some cases, information about other devices in your vicinity or network.

If the User, while browsing the Szansa Sp. z o.o. Website, uses a web browser, within the framework of which he is logged in to his Facebook user account, the "Like" plug-in sends to Facebook information about the visit of the Szansa Sp. z o.o. Website. The data obtained by Facebook include the Facebook user ID (known only to Facebook), the website visited, the date and time and the data referred to above. The purpose of data collection by Facebook is to use the collected information to personalize the content presented on Facebook and to improve the services provided by Facebook. If, in addition, the User uses the "Like" function made available on the Szansa Website Sp. z o.o., this activity will be recorded by Facebook as the content that the User prefers.

If the User uses a web browser while browsing the Szansa Website Sp. z o.o., which does not log into his Facebook account or does not have a Facebook account, then the "Like" plug-in sends Facebook information about the website you have visited, the date and time of your visit and the data referred to above. The purpose of data collection by Facebook is to improve the services provided by Facebook.

3 Cookie mechanism, IP address
The Website uses small files, called cookies. They are saved by Szansa Sp. z o.o. on the end device of a person visiting the Website, if the Internet browser allows it. A cookie usually contains the name of the domain from which it comes from, its "expiry time" and an individual, randomly selected number identifying the file. The information collected by means of such files helps to adjust the products offered by Szansa Sp. z o.o. to individual preferences and real needs of persons visiting the Website. They also provide an opportunity to develop general statistics of visits to the presented products on the Website.
Szansa Sp. z o.o. uses two types of cookies:
- Session cookies: after the end of a browser session or switching off the computer, the stored information is deleted from the device memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow to download any personal data or any confidential information from the Users' computers.
- Permanent Cookies: they are stored in the memory of the User's end device and remain there until they are deleted or expired. The mechanism of permanent cookies does not allow to download any personal data or any confidential information from the User's computer.
Szansa Sp. z o.o. uses own cookies for the purpose:
- authenticate the User on the Website and provide a User session on the Website (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website;
- analyze and research, as well as audit the audience, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help to understand how Users use the Website, thus improving its structure and content.
Szansa Sp. z o.o. uses external cookies for the purpose:
- presenting on the information pages of the Website, a map indicating the location of the office of Szansa Sp. z o.o., using the maps.google.com website (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA);
- collecting general and anonymous static data through Google Analytics analytical tools (external cookie administrator: Google Inc based in the USA);
- presentation of the Reliable Terms and Conditions Certificate through the website reliablyregulamin.pl (external cookie administrator: Rzetelna Grupa sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw).
Cookie mechanism is safe for the computers of the Website Users. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software to get into Users' computers. Nevertheless, in their browsers Users have the possibility to limit or disable access to the computers by cookies. If this option is used, the use of the Website will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.

Szansa Sp. z o.o. may collect Users' IP addresses. An IP address is a number assigned to the computer of a person visiting the Website by the Internet service provider. The IP number enables access to the Internet. In most cases it is assigned to the computer dynamically, i.e. it changes with each connection to the Internet. IP address is used by Szansa Sp. z o.o. when diagnosing technical problems with the server, creating statistical analyses (e.g. determining from which regions we record the largest number of visits), as information useful for administration and improvement of the Website, as well as for security purposes and possible identification of undesirable automatic programs for browsing the Website content.
The Website contains links and references to other websites. Szansa Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for the privacy protection rules applicable to them.
4 Data subjects' rights
right of withdrawal of consent - legal basis: Article 7(3) of the GDPR.
- The User has the right to withdraw any consent granted by the Szansa Sp. z o.o.
- Withdrawal of consent has effect from the moment of withdrawal of consent.
- Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out by Szansa Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the law before its withdrawal.
- Withdrawal of consent does not entail any negative consequences for the User, however, it may prevent further use of services or functionalities, which according to the law the Szansa Sp. z o.o. may provide only with the consent.
Right to object to the processing of data - legal basis: art. 21 GDPR.
- A User has the right to object at any time - for reasons connected with his particular situation - to the processing of his personal data, including profiling, if Szansa Sp. z o.o. processes his data based on a legitimate interest, e.g. marketing products and services of Szansa Sp. z o.o., keeping statistics on the use of particular functionalities of the Website and facilitating the use of the Website, as well as satisfaction surveys.
- Resignation in the form of an e-mail from receiving marketing messages concerning products or services shall mean the User's objection to the processing of his/her personal data, including profiling for these purposes.
- If the User's objection proves to be justified and Szansa Sp. z o.o. has no other legal basis for the processing of personal data, the User's personal data will be deleted, against the processing of which the User has objected.
Right to delete data ("right to be forgotten") - legal basis: art. 17 of the GDPR.
- The User has the right to demand the deletion of all or some personal data.
- The user has the right to demand the deletion of personal data if:
  - the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
  - he or she has withdrawn the specified consent, to the extent to which the personal data were processed on the basis of his or her consent;
  - he or she has objected to the use of his or her data for marketing purposes;
  - personal data is processed unlawfully;
  - personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the Szansa Sp. z o.o. is subject;
  - personal data were collected in connection with the offer of information society services.
- Despite the request to delete personal data, in connection with raising an objection or withdrawing consent, Szansa Sp. z o.o. may retain certain personal data to the extent that the processing is necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims, as well as to meet a legal obligation requiring processing under Union law or the law of a Member State to which Szansa Sp. z o.o. is subject. This applies in particular to personal data including: name, surname, e-mail address, which are stored for the purposes of handling complaints and claims related to the use of the services of Szansa Sp. z o.o., or additionally the address of residence/address for correspondence, order number, which are stored for the purposes of handling complaints and claims related to concluded contracts of sale or provision of services.
The right to restrict data processing - legal basis: Article 18 of the GDPR.
- You have the right to request a restriction of the processing of your personal data. The submission of a request, until it is considered, prevents the use of certain functionalities or services, the use of which will involve the processing of data covered by the request. Szansa Sp. z o.o. will also not send any messages, including marketing ones.
- The User has the right to demand a limitation of the use of personal data in the following cases:
  - If he questions the correctness of his personal data - then Szansa Sp. z o.o. limits its use for the time necessary to check the correctness of the data, but not longer than for 7 days;
  - when data processing is illegal, and instead of deleting the data the User shall demand the restriction of their use;
  - when the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or used but are needed by the User in order to establish, assert or defend claims;
  - if he has objected to the use of his data - then the restriction shall be for the time necessary to consider whether, due to a particular situation, the protection of the interests, rights and freedoms of the User prevails over the interests pursued by the Administrator when processing the User's personal data.
- Right of access to data - legal basis: Article 15 of the GDPR.
  - The User has the right to obtain confirmation from the Administrator whether he or she is processing personal data, and if so, the User has the right:
    - get access to your personal information;
    - obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of these data, the planned period of storage of the User's data or the criteria for determining this period (when it is not possible to determine the planned period of data processing), about the rights that the User has under the TODO and about the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, about the source of these data, about automated decision making, including profiling, and about the safeguards applied in connection with the transfer of these data outside the European Union;
    - obtain a copy of your personal data.
  - Right of rectification - legal basis: Article 16 of the GDPR.
    - The User has the right to demand from the Administrator to rectify immediately the personal data concerning him/her that are incorrect. Taking into account the purposes of processing, the data subject has the right to demand that incomplete personal data be supplemented, including by submitting an additional statement, by sending a request to an e-mail address in accordance with §6 of the Privacy Policy.
  - The right to data transfer - legal basis: art. 20 GDPR.
    - The User has the right to receive his personal data, which he has provided to the Administrator, and then send it to another personal data administrator of his choice. The User also has the right to demand that the personal data is sent by the Administrator directly to such administrator, if technically possible. In such a case, the Administrator will send the User's personal data in the form of a file in .csv format, which is a commonly used, machine-readable format and allows to send the received data to another personal data administrator.
  - in the case of the User's right resulting from the above rights, Szansa Sp. z o.o. meets the request or refuses to meet it immediately, but no later than one month after receiving it. However, if - due to the complicated nature of the request or the number of requests - the Szansa Sp. z o.o. will not be able to fulfill the request within one month, it will fulfill it within the next two months, informing the User previously within one month of receiving the request - about the intended extension of the deadline and its reasons.
  - The User may submit to the Administrator complaints, inquiries and requests concerning the processing of his personal data and the execution of his rights.
  - The User has the right to demand from Szansa Sp. z o.o. to provide copies of standard contractual clauses by submitting an inquiry in the manner indicated in §6 of the Privacy Policy.
  - the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data concerning the infringement of his/her rights to the protection of personal data or other rights granted by virtue of the GDPR.
  - 5 Security management - password
  - Szansa Sp. z o.o. provides Users with a secure and encrypted connection when sending personal data and when logging into the User's Account on the Website. Szansa Sp. z o.o. uses an SSL certificate issued by one of the world's leading companies in the field of security and encryption of transmitted data via the Internet.
  - if a User who has an account on the Website has lost his access password in any way, the Website allows to generate a new password. Szansa Sp. z o.o. does not send a password reminder. The password is stored in an encrypted form, in a way that makes it impossible to read it. In order to generate a new password, you should provide your e-mail address in the form available under the link "Forgot your password", given at the login form to the account on the Website. The User will receive an e-mail message to the e-mail address provided during registration or saved in the last account profile change containing a redirection to a dedicated form available on the Website, where the User will be able to set a new password.
  - Szansa Sp. z o.o. shall never send any correspondence, including electronic correspondence asking for login data, in particular the access password to the User's account.
  - 6 Amendments to the Privacy Policy
  - The Privacy Policy may be subject to change, of which Szansa Sp. z o.o. will inform the Users 7 days in advance.
